2026 IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl Date and Time Announced Posted June 3, 2026 MONTGOMERY – The 13th annual IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl will be played on Tuesday, Dec. 15 at the historic Cramton Bowl in historic downtown Montgomery, ESPN Events announced today. The game will kick off at 5:30 p.m. (ET) and will be televised by ESPN. Tickets are available through www.salutetoveteransbowl.com. The IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl has had a penchant for close games and thrilling finishes. In fact, 11 of the previous 12 games have been one score games with the average margin of victory at 4.3 points in those 11 games. In nine of the 12 games, the winning score came in the fourth quarter, including walk-off field goals by Appalachian State (2015) and Georgia Southern (2018). Last year, Jacksonville State defeated Troy 17-13 in a battle of in-state teams. The Gamecocks and Trojans are both former members of the Gulf South Conference. Bowling Green defeated South Alabama 33-28 in the inaugural IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl (previously known as Camellia Bowl) on Dec. 20, 2014. The IS4S Salute to Veterans Bowl matches teams from the Mid-American Conference, Sun Belt Conference and Conference USA.
